Interview
I applied for a position which I was more than qualified. I was contacted quickly for a phone interview. Upon completing this I was scheduled for an in-person interview with a member of HR whom I would not be reporting to.
Roughly a week and a half after this I was scheduled for a final in-person interview with 2 employees whom I would be reporting to. During this interview, I was asked to stay and meet with a 3rd person which was not an issue.
For weeks after this I was promised feedback and/or a hiring decision and did not receive this. Each time I emailed my recruiter, I was given a "please allow more time" response only to be told they were not moving forward with any candidates in the current pipeline.
The position was re-posted the same day.
