I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Feb 2015
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter at my school's career fair. I was scheduled for an interview about 2 weeks later. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was expecting more questions. It was mostly me telling the interviewer what kinds of things I had been involved in. Then he talked about the job and asked me if I had any questions. I am still waiting to hear back.

Question 1
Can you talk about your class projects and internship experiences?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
