Very long and drawn out, then just hire from within. I have applied so many time I can't even count. It was alway my dream job, loved their product, what the company stands for. I had applied on my own, employee referral, and the last time they reached out to me. What a waste of time! Feels like a scam! Never again will I fall for their trap. Apparently they have lots of time on their hands that they enjoy wasting people time.
