Interview
I got the information of holiday hiring and walked by one Gap store. Then I found the associate manager and gave my resume to her. We had an small interview for ten minutes. Although I didn't have any retail experience, I had worked in a restaurant and had intern experience in hospital before. The manager looked pretty nice and explained a little about the position. She asked my available time right away. Finally, she told me how much the company would offer me and gave me the job.

A short interview that consisted of around 10 questions. The interview aimed to see whether you could handle customer complaints and one's level of experiences in dealing with conflict. Also focused on pitching gift cards to those who would shop.
