First round was an English proficiency test, focusing on grammar and language usage.
The test involved writing two essays out of the given five options. A minimum of 250 words had to be written on each topic. The test had to be completed in 1 hr 10 mins. The results of the test were announced after about a month.
The next round comprised 1-1 interviews.They lasted about 1.5 hours.
