Once the application was picked, I received an email for Google assessment test. This test had close to 100 questions which would evaluate your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a work context. Ensuring consistency with the thought process and great focus is the key to pass this test. After I passed this test, I was connected with a recruiter. The recruiter helped with scheduling the first interview with the Hiring Manager, in my case it was a "Technical judgment interview". This interview lasted 45 minutes, the questions were competency based.
