Interview
The interview process was interesting, but also very slow. The first two interviews were not very substantive at all. One was explaining the role to me, and in the second the interviewer didn't even know what role I was applying for (that felt odd). The third interview was very substantive. The main gripe I had with the process was that the internal recruiter I was assigned was difficult to get in touch with.

Made it to the hiring manager round and was nixed for being too experienced, frustrating but good experience overall. That could have been made clearer earlier in the process, but I appreciated the transparency. Will apply for higher level roles in future.
