I interviewed back in September and October for this position. There were three rounds of interviews: HR Phone screening, first video interview with a hiring manager specific to designated design team, then final round of interviews with leads from different teams and the director of design. Pretty average interviews, nothing too out of the ordinary.
Asking questions about why you're interested in the company, why you want to work there, what work you would be doing, etc.
Typical corporate experience. I got through all rounds and got rejected at the final round, unfortunate because interviewers had said otherwise and made it sound like I would get the job. My only take is don't offer empty promises if you don't have anything to offer to begin with. If you want to reject someone, just do it, don't call them at 6PM on a Friday.
