Talking about how you communicate if you are going to be good at talking to customers they really emphasised that you need to be multi lingual because all there customers are coming from heathrow so arent neccessarily going to speak good english

Easy. Asked basic questions and stuff I did in the application, interviewer was lovely but seemed rushed, so had a shorter interview. But got the job, so can't complain. Just now filling in the blanks so yeah.
