I went through the entire on-boarding process only to be ghosted on my first day. This caused me substantial financial harm, as I had resigned from my job for the one I accepted with Honeywell. The onboarding personnel at Honeywell are highly unprofessional, with one young employee torpedoing my job offer because of her mishandling and discriminatory behavior towards me, a white male. Where is the accountability for these HR personnel?? Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and work for another contractor with a better record of treating people with respect.
