Several meetings with different recruitment, HR and management team members, then panel interview with a specific task and presentation to be prepared. Time consuming and a lot of effort to prepare well. Offer was not attractive and inadequate to the collected earlier compensation expectations. Management had arrogant attitude, forcing their opinions, not listening.

Very bad experience because of lack of clarity other on the JD.Total waste of time and energy .Created bad impression on the company just because of the employees . Upon reflection, it's become clear that we could have been more transparent about the job requirements. Created confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. In the future, do ensure to provide clearer job descriptions to avoid wasting candidates' time.
