Overall process took about 6 weeks and another 3 weeks for the BG check. First step was the HR screening which was followed by a call with the Hiring Manager. The third step was a meeting with the Sales Director. The 4th step was a presentation with the Hiring Manager and HR Manager. Finally, the last call was with the Hiring Manager to discuss some more personality related questions.

Spoke to a friendly recruiter over Teams who prepared me for the next part of the process which was a cognitive thinking assessment (painful). Almost immediately afterward I received an email stating that job was already filled yet they keep reposting the same job every couple of weeks. Misleading!
