Complete waste of time. I went through 4 rounds of interviews to ultimately be ghosted by them.
The internal recruiter was not knowledgeable about the position at all. She would randomly call me and text me without any prior effort to set up a time that worked for me. I’ve never experienced this behavior before. She was also very late to two different calls, totally unprofessional.
Went smoothly, a very defined process and a recruiter is available at every step of the way. Overall, 6 rounds and took around 4 weeks for the entire process starts with employee screening

Interview
Had an initial phone screening interview with HR. The next day, I met with the hiring AVP and discussed the needs of the new role, reviewed my qualifications and how I would contribute to fill in the gaps. Unfortunately, the role as published online was not the same role for which I ended up interviewing.
