I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at McDonald's (Warsaw, Masovia) in Mar 2016
Interview
Came to a MC spot in the city, got referred by acquaintance who already works there. Was questioned by manager about my past experiences and when i'm available for work in which hours. Pretty straightforward and easy.
It was quick and simple. The manager was friendly enough. He asked some questions, I answered them, and I got an offer within a few days. The interview happened in the building.
Good, very friendly and nice. Interviewer shows me around and brief me on the role. Chit chat about many things. Me like the interviewer. Me talk like she is family.
The McDonald's manager who interviewed me was friendly and professional He asked many of the usual interview questions. They provided a great explanation of benefits and how employees are scheduled.
