I applied online. I interviewed at McDonald's (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2017
Interview
Pleasant the interviewer was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Overall good experience. I would apply to a similar position again in the future. I have worked as a customer service rep in the past but never as a server.
Easy wasn’t hard, was just over the phone. Quick questions and explained the role well. Easy if you just need a job to get by not long term career goal.
interview was fine. asked basic questions manager was kind and staff. i felt like they brought me in just to interview someone and were not interested in actually hiring me
Fine. Asked several questions which I the answered. They asked questions about previous roles and how I thought I'd deal with difficult customers here. They also asked about my previous experience with food hygiene
