Good process with solid questions that allowed me to share information about my own skills. Felt rushed though and as if they struggled to find the time to do the actual interview
It was efficient and polite, with good questions being asked and answers being discussed roundtablte style style. I would just say that they accomdated me because I needed special accommodations with my intreview which I was grateful for
Asking about experience and how you deal with conflict. Finding out about your personality and if your motivated to work there. Screen with HR and a test run to see if you’re compatible.
Bueno y amigable, me trataron espectacularmente bien, me sentí cómoda y muy a gusto tanto con las personas que me entrevistaron como con el lugar, clima agradable y compañero.
