It wasnt that bad. Easy questions from my perspective. I was able to answer clearly and they didn't grill me. Really were just curious on my passion and availability to which I was able to demonstrate some history and committment that they were please with.
OK, nothing extravagant. What would you expect for this kind of role. Good vibe and quick feedback. No stress. Normal expectations and nice attitude with no stupid questions that could be crazy for a janitor role.

Interview
The interview process was really good and easy it didn't take too long and it was fairly short they just asked me a few customer facing questions and safety questions
Pretty basic questions surrounding work history. They were very thorough in terms of a background check with regards to my previous work experience, available hours, expectations etc. As you'd expect it was mostly questions around cleaning.
