Too brief. It seems like they are not interested in you or they know you won't like the job. They are not prepared. They won't tell you much or ask you any serious questions. Felt like wasting time.
Very conversational, trying to figure out who you are and where you want to be. Asking questions about personality traits, past experiences, seeing what you know about the company and what they do.
