I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal
Interview
I applied for the role of Technical Product Manager through LinkedIn and got a call from HR within a week. HR was transparent and the interview process was fluid. They setup my interview for the first round the very next day after a screening call. Thereafter, it used to take 1-1.5 week to know the status of my application and scheduling of next interview (must keep in mind that many candidates apply for one position). A total of 4 rounds were conducted as follows:
Round 1: Product Case Study
Round 2: Product Design
Round 3: Product Strategy
Round 4: Final round with Associate Director, Product. Metrics, Product sense, etc was discussed.
At last I got an offer within a week of last round. This whole process took ~6-7 weeks.

Question 1
What is your favourite product and why? What will you change in it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
What stood out to me was the lack of professionalism displayed by the recruiter. It ranged the span from not hearing back for weeks after the phone screen, to getting mispelled and misformatted emails to arrange for an onsite interview to finally never hearing back after the onsite interview took place. For four weeks I heard absolutely no response after I interviewed. I followed up with recruiter and assistant recruiter and still no reply. After a month, I got a message asking to interview for another role and that's how I finally found out I didn't get the job.
