I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
interview with recruiters on campus, then three back to back 30-minute, one-on-one interviews with manager and partner in the office. in my case it was 1 manager and 2 partners. the interviews also went on for 45 minutes because we just ended up chatting about a lot of random things.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself, why audit, why RSM, strengths and weaknesses
Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. I would not advise spending all night studying. Background research and studying always helps for all interviews. The interview is composed of mostly behavioral questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RSM (Boston, MA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Two- thirty minute interviews. First interview is mostly getting to know you, second interview they ask questions about why RSM. The interview process is not very hard and the interviewer makes you feel comfortable
It was pretty causal. Two thirty minute interviews and the people were very friendly. One of my interviewers were a man and the other a woman, so nice to see different perspectives.
