Back to back on campus interviews. 30 mins each with 2 different people. They asked situational questions and behavioral questions and answered my questions. Two very different vibes from each of the interviewers. Did a good job being informative. Pretty typical stuff

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had 2 things due at the same time, how did you manage?
Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. I would not advise spending all night studying. Background research and studying always helps for all interviews. The interview is composed of mostly behavioral questions.

Interview
Two- thirty minute interviews. First interview is mostly getting to know you, second interview they ask questions about why RSM. The interview process is not very hard and the interviewer makes you feel comfortable
It was pretty causal. Two thirty minute interviews and the people were very friendly. One of my interviewers were a man and the other a woman, so nice to see different perspectives.
