I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
The process was extremely drawn out and tedious, but they are very proud of it. It involves lots of personality tests and interviews with recruiters and management. You'll apply, take an assessment at home, go in for an assessment at their location, then get invited to an interview at the location. After that, you begin the phone interview phase with the actual management, which can include 3+ Skype and phone interviews and a final in person interview at the place you'd be working.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
