Before getting an interview with Reynolds and Reynolds, you are required to take an assessment that is basically an IQ test. I found this interesting because those test don't really prove anything. They are only useful in helping identify HOW someone thinks and not how smart they are. I also decided against taking it because it is like a 2 hour test and if you pass at home, you have to go in and take ANOTHER 2 hour test to ensure results. I understand keeping people honest but don't waste time on the at home test if people are required to come and take the same test in person.
