I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP Concur in Aug 2019
I was recommended by an employee at the time. A recruiter reached out to schedule an initial 30 minute interview that was somewhat technical. After that,I was scheduled for a half day of interviews. 1. Technical & behavioral interview with the project manager and another software developer (30 mins) 2. Technical interview white boarding session with two senior developers. Covered Java questions and algorithms. Was given a case study. (1h 30mins) 3. Hiring manager - mix of technical and behavioral (45 mins) The recruiter was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was a great experience overall.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP Concur (Bellevue, WA) in Feb 2019
I applied on SAP Concur website, and was contacted by recruiter a few weeks later. I had a 10-minutes phone screening with her, and then she scheduled a technical interview with me. First round technical interview was easy, the lady asked me a few java OOP questions, and one coding question. Then they scheduled 6 loop video interviews with me. Hiring manager told me I would hear back in a week, and then I was rejected in the next day.

Called by HR, who does a short tech screen, followed by a 6 hour face to face interview, during which time you wait about 5 hours because they do job fair style recruitment. Which means you sit there half a day waiting for an interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAP Concur (Prague)
Applied online. Got a mail from recruiter the next day. Then she set me up for a face to face interview at their office two days later. During the onsite interview, I talked with two lead engineers. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. They asked about my work experience, reason for applying for internship etc. Later we had discussion about some technical topics. The duration was 1-1.5 hours. I felt really good after the interview. Soon after I got an acceptance email from the recruiter. The entire process from applying online to getting an offer took less than a week.
- 1. Questions about hashing, various techniques, complexity, use cases etc. 2. Basic schema design and some intermediate SQL queries. 3. Various sorting algorithms and their time complexities. 4. Overall architectural design of a problem.

I heard back on my application within two weeks and had a phone screen and a tech screen set up. I was told then that all that was left was an on-site interview process. The phone screen went quickly and was pleasant. My interviewer for the tech screen had a dying phone, so it was very rushed and he sounded very distracted. I then tried following up a few times over the next few weeks and finally received a reply that I would hear back within a few days. It has been a few weeks with absolutely no further communication from their end.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP Concur (Prague) in Jun 2016
I interviewed for a developer position in Prague. The interview process began with a Skype call with HR followed by two different technical screening on Skype over the course of two weeks. After positive feedback the on-site interviews were arranged by Concur. In Prague, I had four different 1:1 interviews over the course of about three hours: half of it was spent explaining the company, the products and the job position to me, while the other half was spent on actual technical interviewing. Following the on-site interviews I had one last Skype interview with the hiring manager focused on non-technical questions. A helpful HR employee followed the entire process and reported feedbacks to me and scheduled the interviews at each step. Overall the process lasted slightly more than one month before an offer was made.
- The technical screening on Skype were colloquial and no coding was required. Typical questions were on design patterns (i.e. delegation and notifications, model view controller) and language tools specific to iOS (i.e. categories, autoloayout, automatic reference counting). At the opposite, the technical interviews on-site were mostly coding tests (string processing and some data structures and algorithm performance questions).

Anonymous Employee in Toronto, ON
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAP Concur (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2016
This interview was for the role of a software engineer intern for Tripit (owned by Concur) in their San Francisco location. Overall, it was a good experience. The interview was over the phone and took a little over half-an-hour. The person who interviewed me had a friendly demeanor and it was fun chatting with him. He understood that I was a university student and asked questions relevant to my area and year of study. There were no programming problems I was asked to solve. All the questions asked were more about terminology and explaining computer science concepts.
