Then a assessment center where it takes about 6 to 7 hours. On this day, they introduce the program we are applying for and then we have two rounds of interviews before we present our business case in groups (that we prepare for a week in advance).

Three rounds of interviews. First was a “good fit” call with the recruiter. Second was a call with a hiring manager: lots of questions about the job and skills I would bring. Last round was a panel interview with demo. I was given an hour with a an SE for coaching/tips which helped TREMENDOUSLY. I’m grateful to have landed this role at an amazing company!
