HR maintained excellent communication throughout the interview process, offering valuable guidance for preparation. However, the process itself was excessively drawn out, encompassing nine lengthy interviews in addition to HR interactions. While the informational content was beneficial, the overall duration felt disproportionate to the role.
Unfortunately, the offered position was below the expected level and the compensation package was significantly below market standards. Given the substantial time investment, the outcome was disappointing.

After a series of meetings with employee contacts I met with a senior leader of the department then another senior leader and then a peer senior leader leading to the meeting with the SVP of the org. That meeting was followed by interactions Recruiting and Hiring Manager to negotiate an offer that I accepted.
