They were mostly quick/on-time with schedules. They came to my school's career fair and I had a very nice chat with them - the recruiters were so enthusiastic and fun to talk to. They read my resume and recommended me for a Software Testing Intern even though I'm more suited for a Dev position (experience/preference). I had a phone interview with a Senior Testing Engineer (no real technical questions) and at the end even she said I'm more suited for a dev position and told me that she'll forward my resume to the dev teams. Didn't hear back from them for about 2 weeks, and upon my inquiry I got a swift decline. I feel like I got rejected even before I had a proper interview.
