I applied online. I interviewed at Sephora (Calgary, AB) in Dec 2015
Interview
At first I went in the store to hand in my resume. They don't take resumes and tell you to apply online. So I did and had 3 interviews in total, 1 phone interview, 1 1x1 interview, final interview with 2 specialists. It was pretty chill, they ask you common retail questions and your values, also your plan for the next whatever years and your life goal.

Interview
I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora in Sep 2019
Interview
They called me and had an impromptu phone interview. Asked me 3-4 questions. Then scheduled an in person interview. I have yet to attend in person interview but i will be on monday
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
