Very soft, with multiple people involved from inside the company (based in germany and in portugal). You have 3 phases of interviews. I think it is well done but it takes too long to obtain feedback

Introduction about myself, nothing too technical. Then on the second interview they ask more specific questions. For example if you know what is a OLAP vs OLTP
