Interview
The whole process was smooth and professional, and communication from the recruiter was excellent at every stage. The entire process took just one week from the first call with the recruiter to the final conversation with the manager. It consisted of three interviews.
The first contact was a call with the recruiter, around thirty minutes. It was relaxed and pleasant, partly conducted in English to check language level. The questions focused on motivation, availability, my experience, and general fit for the role.
The second stage was a technical interview, around one hour, with two members of the team I was applying to join. I'd rate the difficulty as medium/difficult. The questions were well tailored to the technologies and day-to-day work of that specific team rather than being generic. It was conducted entirely in English.
The final stage was a conversation with the team manager, also around one hour. It was behavioural in nature and genuinely pleasant, focused more on experience, working style, and team fit than on pure technical skills.
