I had an initial call with one of their recruiters. It was a smooth conversation, and we discussed my experience as well as the scope of the role. The recruiter mentioned that he was going to schedule a call with the hiring manager, and then he disappeared and ghosted me, even though I tried to contact him several times. Almost three months later, I've got the rejection email.
