I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Richardson, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
Let me start out by saying that this was by far the worst interview experience I've encountered with this company. The interviewer was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful while answering interview questions. She asked me if I can work 6 days out of the week, I said no because I have to take care of my children after certain hours and she says we'll to be considered you need to work all 6 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. I fearly agreed because I didn't want to lose this opportunity and then she would start asking me questions but very rudely. After the interview, I asked myself why these companies treat people like this while trying to seek employment with them. I could imagine how they treat their employees within the company.
