Become a BCBA at Elim — Where Purpose, Joy, and Impact Come Together
At Elim, we believe every child deserves a champion—someone who sees their potential, celebrates their victories, and helps turn challenges into opportunities. If you’re passionate about creating a nurturing, joy-filled learning environment and want to be part of a close-knit, faith-driven community, we’d love to welcome you to the Elim family.
Here, every day brings meaningful connections, growth, and a sense of purpose. As a BCBA at Elim, you’re not just joining a team—you’re joining a mission. And we make sure you feel supported along the way with free, unlimited virtual counseling, a strong work-life balance, and thoughtful extras like ice cream trucks, painting parties, and a free Thanksgiving feast. When our staff feels valued, they can do their best work.
Elim Christian Services is more than a school. It’s a place where children and adults with disabilities are seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. Rooted in the belief that every person has a God-given purpose, we’re dedicated to helping students discover and pursue theirs.
