      Not much I already filed PHRC and EOCC Complaints and I am moving towards a lawsuit for discrimination for a condition protectes by the ADA, harrasment, and threats both against my employment and physical harm!

      At least in the IT department high level IT positions are given based on the buddy system a lot of the higher leve IT positions are filled with people that do not know anything about IT! They have a constant culture of Discrimination, Intimidation, Threats against employees and cover ups ie the infant deaths were kept quiet until it could no longer be hidden.       Pros

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
