Pros
They’re hiring in the middle of a pandemic, I mean, how many companies can say that!? This is hands down the most positive & nurturing place I’ve ever worked. They have high expectations for their employees but they also encourage them to continue to grow and learn. They even offer a career coach! I also love that they’ve embraced working from home and hope they continue to foster that. WFH has done wonders for my work/life balance that no other organization I’ve worked for has managed to achieve, and they’ve done it in a way that I still feel connected to my new coworkers.
Cons
The only thing I can think of I brought on myself! My commute would be horrendous if I had to go into the office every day so fingers crossed the work from home flexibility continues long term.
