      Pros

      People, culture, high level of energy, social. The company is great at reaching out to employees to find out ow they are feeling and thinking and then for the most part the management do something about any issues.

      Cons

      In some areas there seems to be silos, these are few but they do stand out. The US leadership is often remote and disconnected from Europe.

      Legacy company trying to turn around, partnership with Palantir. Joint venture with AMD

      Cons

      Poor middle management, toxic and finger-pointing based work culture. Lot of Unprofessional people. Wrong people in leadership— who are way above their head in managing 100+ sales individuals
