Pros
-Make as much money as you want, you just have to sell well -If you don't like your store but are a good employee, they will usually let you transfer out to another store -Managers are pretty laid back for the most part and let you get away with a lot of inappropriate behavior -Fun place to work at overall, lots of very smart coworkers, although a koo-koo manager is not out of the ordinary
Cons
-Every "mistake" such as a return taken which cannot be resold comes out of the managers yearly bonus, so the manager is always complaining about their stupid bonuses -Regular visits from District Managers and others higher up from him/her--so the store has to be in decent to good shape all the time -Secret shops could go well or horribly--if they do not go well, the management knows who helped this person and attack you. -You have to sell overpriced service plans ($6 for an SD card which costs 22$ for example) and if you do not sell at least 25% of the opportunities you had, they will give you a couple warnings and then fire you -Management always breathing down your neck over sales, even if you had a good couple of months and this one month isn't going as well, they will destroy you. -Willing to fire smart, knowledgeable people who have been with the company for a long time in exchange for people who don't know anything about electronics because one section of their sales (for example if you sell a cell phone with no accessories) is not sparkling. -Known to fire people with no warning and often times for no good reason just to prove a point.
