    Pros

    Met a lot of great people during my time here and loved my 20% discount. Usually flexible schedule and also flexible with moves and transfers.

    Cons

    Managers are often promoted based on sales, not on management capabilities so you often end up with clueless managers.

    Advice to Management

    Hire based on management abilities would be a start...
