Interview
The interview process is very bad and very inappropriate. Recently I applied to Adobe through JoulestoWatts Business Solutions Private Limited, at the very first round they gave me one assignment which took me around 2 days to complete (the assignment fulfills all the requirements as mentioned without any compilation errors or warnings), and then after I have one skype round with one employee who is having experience of around 7 years and she took the interview from home via skype. At my surprise she just asked me 2 questions which are not logical nor relavant. And then after I got a response that you are not qualified. And I asked for detailed feedback but it is now a month I haven't heard anything from them. What I want to convey is instead of asking random terms in an interview people should focus on the fundamentals or problem-solving skills of the candidate.
please stop harassing people.
I gave the answers and approach to tackling the scenarios but she just wants to listen to the answer which she mugs up in her tenure.
This is my kind request to the panel that every term have thousand of meanings. Please try to understand the candidate's point of explaining things also.
