Zoom meeting with many people where the manager of the area talks about the job and the company for majority of the time. A second phone call interview within the week of the first meeting. Interviews are not formal and are very simple.
Super easy, quick phone call. Described the job to me then asked a few standard behavioral questions. I asked about day-to-day and it sounded like a bunch of sales cold-calling so I declined the position afterwards
Take 2 weeks, they asked me really simple questions like tell me about yourself, why aflac should hire you. But first they do like a phone call and ask you your name, mayor, why you apply to aflac and if can come to a 2nd interview, in the second interview you get a full presentation of the company and be asked the questions I just posted about.
