Group interview. When you walk in you have to fill out a sheet that has questions on it. The regional sales manager came in and basically explained what exactly Aflac does as well as the role a sales agent plays. After that, you have to let them know if you would be interested in coming back for a one on one interview. I was not because there's no base salary, its 100% commission.

I thought this was an excellent screening process. Questions were answered in detail. The job was fully explained. Nanette is funny, honest and was very open about what to expect. She also offered her phone number for follow up.
Super easy will get the job if you aren't dumb. Interview was virtually with the head guy at the department. Interview was maybe 10 minutes maximum. Don't be nervous by far the easiest interview I have ever done. The hardest part comes when you truly do the job
