American Girl interview questions

Hiring event. You have to wait 3 hours to interview with department leadership. You sign up on a list, then you wait in a room. The process was not efficient. The actual interview was 15 minutes. They also shared in an email that they were hiring for an event coordinator role, but that was not true. As a result, people had to leave the event because it was not accurate.

Terrible and a waste of time. First you do an HR screening call and then an actually interview if you wait for 4 hours. They ask simple questions but their process is redundant.
