In-person interview with a 4–5 person panel, following an initial phone screening. I presented a demo and answered questions about it. Topics included context engineering and LLM inference evaluation. Overall, the process involved relatively simple, clear, and straightforward technical and conceptual questioning.
Online apply, then discussion with hiring manager. Then normal HR call with B Q questions, then coding questions, then system design questions. ( Referral ). The overall process is reasonable.
Initial screening call from recruiter later after a week scheduled Coding round with 1 question solved in time but rejected. Not sure why after 2 days received mail saying moving forward.
