It was a group interview, we had the store manager ask us questions regarding our past experience. They also asked how we would deal with particular situations in terms of sales. It made the interview feel more competitive because we were each answering the same questions consecutively. However, the interviewer was polite and professional, not giving immediate reactions to any of our responses to the questions. Overall it was a good process.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
