HR screener followed by time with a team member. Very informal and in hindsight would have been good to be more proactive selling one’s experience vs. expecting to be asked questions that showcase your value as we barely scratched the surface which was disappointing as I would argue that I was possibly overqualified but overlooked due to this compressed second conversation. Disappointing experience and not necessarily because of the end result
