Overall, it was simple and straightforward, but process heavy.
Overall process took about 3-4 weeks including application. Recruiter came back to me 2 weeks after applying and in a few days I had a screening with a Design Lead.
There are pre-powerday sessions that your recruiter provides to answer any questions before going into powerday.
Next week included the last round. My Powerday was about 3.5 hours long, all remote. The process is split up into 3 parts:
1. Design/Whiteboard Challenge (90 mins)
2. Job Fit (45 mins)
3. Behavioral Assessment (45 mins)
Luckily I came prepared and I had excellent interviewers, each round had a different interviewer. Be prepared for design challenge, they provide you one prompt/general system to design. Job fit was more like a conversation, talk about your professional experience. and lastly, Behavioral Assessment, will ask you for scenario based questions. Highly recommend using the STAR method to approach these questions.
