there were multiple steps and the phone interview with the hiring manager and the on-site interview with multiple people were difficult. Overall it was a decent and professional process, although their interview questions that were in the form of "tell me about a time when you..." seemed a bit contrived and gimmicky. Like trying to be innovative for the sake of being innovative.
