Recruiter called and scheduled interview. Then, during interview, asked key questions to determine if candidate had the right skills. We went through the questions. It took 45 minutes. Then the recruiter provided 15 minutes for interviewee to ask questions, which then where answered thoroughly. The interview was pleasant, they also took the time to explain structure of the company. I felt very comfortable.
