A question would appear on the screen and I had a timer countdown to state my answer on a recorded video. I assume these questions were recorded and reviewed later by interviewers. After this process, I was invited to come in for an in-person interview where I with more people and they gave decisions on the spot. Please keep in mind that this was in 2017.
