1. Phone interview with the HR recruiter which lasted about 20 minutes covering basic interview questions such as, please describe your current job and how it relates to the job you're applying for, previous work experience, etc.
Then about a week later, I was invited to an on-site interview.
2. 1:1 Interview with the Director and Senior manager separately. This lasted about an hour total.
